North East Sojourn Travels understands that plans may change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible for our valued customers. Please carefully review our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellation by the Customer: Customers can cancel their booking with North East Sojourn Travels by providing written notice via email or phone call. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The following cancellation charges will apply:
30 days before arrival: 20% of the Tour/service cost,
15 days before arrival: 35% of the Tour/service cost,
07 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost,
48 hours before arrival OR
No Show: No Refund.
Cancellation by North East Sojourn Travels:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for reasons including but not limited to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation by North East Sojourn Travels, customers will receive a full refund of the tour cost paid to us. However, we shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in connection with the cancelled tour.
By booking a tour with North East Sojourn Travels, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We recommend customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during their tour.
